Mary Jo says: "Try using your brads to outline a shape, sticker or accent on your page. For the star, I simply printed the shape in a Word document, cut it out and attached it to the back of my layout to use as a guideline. You can then use a paper piercer or hole punch to align the placement of your brads, resulting in a well defined shape."
That is such a cute idea. I can see lots of fun shapes like hearts or flowers being made the same way. And check out this cool project from Design Team member Kathy...

Kathy says: "The Botanique paper is so beautiful, when I started fanning it out, deciding which papers to use, I could see how ‘weaving’ it would work – because the colours all blend so beautifully and the papers have just the right amount of ‘wow’ with their special finishes. So that’s how I started, and the gem brads pick up on the foil finishes in some of the papers. A simple white frame was the perfect finishing touch!"
So gorgeous! I love the look of the paper strips weaved together... such a cool project!
