Spotlight on Melanie Louette + Spotlight Week Challenge

We've got one last fabulous Design Team member in the spotlight before we sign off for the weekend!  Let's get to know the sweet and talented Melanie Louette a little bit better...

Name: Melanie Louette 
Hometown: Montreal, Quebec
Occupation: work p/t in a scrapbook store I create the best when... I’m under the gun.

I love to snack on... pistachios, almonds, juicy squirts, or cheese and crackers

The best thing about where I live is... It’s a great suburban community for my kids, and very close to downtown Montreal if we need some city action.

If I could have any job in the world, I'd... be a globetrotting photographer for National Geographic or some exotic magazine.

My family is... my most important treasure.

What I love the most about American Crafts is... their ability to stay fresh and unique with every line they put out. Their bold & colourful designs made me swoon when I first started scrapbooking 6 years ago, and they continue to put out the most innovative and interesting product in a very saturated market. I feel so blessed to have had this opportunity to work with such an incredible company. They are the best!!!

Melanie says: "I scrap in my dining room, and we're in the process of moving my space into a basement room so we can eat dinner as a family again! As a result, I have piles of product waiting to be sorted through and purged.My goal & dream by the end of summer is to finally have an organized, pared down and streamlined space to call my own."
