My favorite Thanksgiving food has to be the turkey. Not original, I know, but I couldn't cook a good tasting turkey if my life depended on it so I only get to have it when other people make it, and in my family, that's only on Thanksgiving.

My family loves my pumpkin cheesecake. It's become a family tradition since I made it the first Thanksgiving I met my husband. Funny story, I had never used a cheesecake pan before and did not assemble it correctly so when I lifted the cheesecake out of the oven the bottom of the pan fell thru and the cheesecake went everywhere!
