Junior Week Challenge

Shannon says: "One of my favorite things to do for gifts is to create simple embellished frames.  This gift for my niece took only a few minutes to create and will bring a huge smile to her face!  Don't be afraid to embellish not only the mat, but outside the frame as well!"
