Amber says: "Being a first time mom, my “pregnancy bible” was “What to Expect When You Are Expecting”. So that is where I got my inspiration for this card. A sweet friend of mine approached us this summer about doing a “wedding anniversary” photo session. During our session, they shared with us that they were going to be trying to start a family. So to share the news w/everyone when it was “official”, we were going to stage a photo by having them hold a sheet of paper up and kiss in the background. Once they received their first ultrasound photos, she sent me the photos to put on the piece of paper they were holding in the photo to create the look that it was the ultrasound photo that they were holding. It was a super fun creative way to share the news w/their family & friends & we were excited to be part of that. So after she has shared the news of the new addition to their family, since I had the ultrasound photo, I made a card to send to her & incorporated the photo into the cover. On the inside of the card, I’m sharing some things with her on what expect during her pregnancy & the first few weeks of being a new mom."
This is a brilliant idea and I love the take on the book title. Here's another great one from Jen...

Jen says: "I love this poem by Elizabeth Barrett Browning, and I thought it would be perfect for a card for my husband for Valentine's Day. I combined the Letterbox line and the I Heart You line to make a fun and sweet card. Although my husband will probably think it's too girly, but that's alright."
Such a sweet card, Jen! I think I might lift that one soon!
Hope you've been inspired by today's Postmarked Wednesday cards. More projects inspired by books coming your way tomorrow.
