Lovely Layouts

We've got two layouts all about love to share today to get you in the mood for this weekend.  The first one comes from creative Design Team member Amy...

Amy says: "Just a fun layout with a combination of some of my favorites from the new releases. The fun colors and all the hearts are so great. The blue touches are thrown in for the 2 boys in the photos- JC and Buster. For just a bit of shine, I added some sequins with beads. The heart quote bubbles were the main thing I wanted to highlight on this page because they are just so cute."

Jen says: "I've never been very good with traditional holiday theme pages, so this is my take on a Valentine's Day page. I used the Mulberry cardstock in place of red, and then added in some pink and orange accents to further the theme. I created my flowers by tracing a spiral on cardstock, hand cutting it out and then winding the paper around a pen. Simply afix with a glue dot or staples."

How cool are those flowers... I'm going to try that technique!  Thanks for the wonderful inspiration ladies!

I tried the flower technique on a page I made on the weekend! I am in LOVE with IT! It's a super cute way to add some shabby dimension on a page! Great layout Jenn. I love all the textures and layers.
