Happy Friday everyone! Hope you have fun plans for the weekend - which include scrapbooking of course :) This week's challenge winner is brought to you by Yuki:
Hope you'll give this week's challenge a try for a chance to win a prize including a cardstock variety pack as well as a patterned paper pack for all your punching needs! Here is your challenge for this week:
1. The layout or card must be posted to an online gallery or blog with American Crafts in your supply list.
2.
You
must leave a comment on this blog post with a link to your layout
online. You also must fill in your email address when posting
your comment on this blog post. 3. Layouts and links must be posted by midnight PST on Thursday, August 12th.
We'll end this week of great projects featuring punches with this layout by Kim Arnold.
Supplies: Anthurium paper (35036) - I Do, Orchid paper (35033) - I Do, Peonies paper (35305) - I Do, Gerber Daisies paper (35040) - I Do, Santini Mums paper (35050) - I Do, I Do Mini Jewel Brads (85498) - Elements, Tie the Knot (70055) - Flair, Lace (78025) - Details, Silk (78026) - Details, Chiffon (78027) - Details, Mediterranean Marguise (53025) - Thickers, Champagne Phrases (42700) - Remarks, Crystal Journaling (42701) - Remarks
Kim says, "This is one of my all time favourite photos of me and my husband together which was taken by a local photographer, Janine Kaye. I used punched borders along the edge of the photo with three different patterned papers, and then created a cluster in the bottom right corner by layering a large punched scalloped circle, journaling stickers, a flair badge, and the punched hearts. The I Do line was just perfect and the stickers and flair sentiments along with the divine felt flower Details were the ideal finishing touches."
Such a beautiful layout Kim, that picture is a perfect match for the I Do line.
I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone creates for this week's challenge! Until Monday, take care and happy scrapping!
August 5th?? I was going to participate with this one but that has past. Maybe next week?

I made this layout for the AC DT call (any news on that by the way??)...don't know if it counts since it is not a brand new layout or not, but here is one that I LOVE with punches. :)

Congrats Yuki! I loved the little heart made from buttons. :)
Here's my take for this week: http://makingmum.blogspot.com/2010/07/how-to-catch-star.html
It covers my son's window, and I punched out shapes using aluminum foil, so now I have super sharp punches too! LOL. :)

Here is my take on the challenge! I love my punches. I used the "I do" collection, and used my border punches around the edge before I folded and for the butterflies. Fun challenge!

Here is my entry in this week's challenge. (My first!) I am absolutely *in love* with butterflies right now - especially my Martha Stewart punches! I think that I've managed to use them on nearly every card and layout that I've made in the last 2 months! TFL!!
