Thanks to all who participated in the 6 Color challenge! The lucky winner is cookie aguilar:
Her six colors are pink, lime green, teal, dark turquoise, lilac, and yellow. Thanks for playing along everyone!
To wrap up this week, here's a fun twist on the recipe theme by Jennifer Gallacher:
Supplies: 12 x 12 Wave Cardstock (71070) – AC Cardstock, 12 x 12 Leaf Cardstock (71052) – AC Cardstock, 12 x 12 Emerald Cardstock (71055) – AC Cardstock, 12 x 12 Blossom Cardstock (71017) – AC Cardstock, 12 x 12 Kraft Cardstock (71464) – AC Cardstock, Liberty Grove Paper (35239) – City Park, Golden Gate Park Paper (35244) – City Park, Decorative Tape (61733) – Mix Tape, Sunny Reef (53119) – Thickers, Duck (89391) - Premium Ribbon, Gazeebo (42176) – Remarks Dimensional Stickers, Ethereal (42179) – Remarks Stickers, White Mini Brads (8472) – Elements / Other Supplies: Office punch (EK Success), Paperclips (office supply), Staple (office supply), white twine (craft supply)
Jennifer says, "When I was looking through my photos to find a food picture, I came across these photos of my daughter’s 'last day without braces' party. I thought it would be a humorous way to document all the foods that she loves that she can no longer have with her braces. I wrote the journaling in recipe format and then taped photos of the food at the bottom of the layout. The black and white photo is her first photo shoot with her new braces. She’s still adorable!"
And here is the challenge for this week:
1. The layout must be posted to an online gallery or blog with American Crafts in your supply list.
2. You must leave a comment on this blog post with a link to your layout online. You also must fill in your email address when posting your comment on this blog post so I can notify you if you've won.
3. Projects and links must be posted by midnight PST on Thursday, November 11th, 2010.
4. The winner will receive an entire current line of their choice.
Oh, how I love this layout, it's totally clever! Great design and idea. My son got his braces this week, a few days after Halloween, so he enjoyed eating all the sticky stuff that he won't be able to now. ;p

Thank you so much Jennifer and Cookie for inspiring me to break out of my lazy mode and scrap. I loved the sample layout and the theme so much I just had to scrap about the very first cookies I ever baked.
Sharing it with you -
