My favorite new Elements are the plastic and metal rose brads. They pack some serious eye candy! I sprinkled some across a white card base and added matching colored ribbon below each as a stem, then topped the ribbon with matching colored Thickers to make a sentiment. All-in-all it took about 10 minutes - that's my kind of card!

I used a few of pretty much every style of Elements American Crafts makes in the color red (or Cherry to be exact!) to cover a scrap of cardstock cut into a heart. I started with the largest Elements (the large brads and buttons) then filled in the spaces with medium and small Elements. I can't wait to see the look on my husband's face when I give this to him for our 4th anniversary!

Kelly says, "Elements are one of my favorite American Crafts products because they make it so easy to add a little dose of cuteness on your projects. I kept my cards simple but when I added the fabric brads and flower brads they really seemed to come to life. The texture they bring to my cards made me so happy. I just used them as little accents to patterned paper and they were the perfect extra detail."
Check back tomorrow for the winner of the Elements giveaway (make sure to enter a few posts below if you haven't already!) and some awesome layouts and cards to wrap up the week!
I like this idea of putting flowers between the banner flags...gotta try this! Thanks!
