Corrie Jones is going to show us step-by-step how to make this fabulous paper key chain using Cut & Paste supplies!
Supplies: Heart Throb Paper (366034) - Cut & Paste, Precisely Paper (366032) - Cut & Paste, Infatuation Paper (366030) - Cut & Paste, Resin Bows (366075) - Details
Gather your supplies: patterned paper, a thin wood skewer, hot glue, tape runner, Mod Podge, and some baker's twine.
Cut long, thin triangles out of the paper.
Roll the paper tightly around the wooden skewer.
I added some adhesive to help keep the whole thing together.
Make sure to use a strong adhesive for the ends so the bead are secure.
Once all of your beads are made, thread them back on the skewer and brush them with Mod Podge. This helps them from unwinding and makes them stronger.
Using a large needle, thread the beads on baker's twine.
To give the end more detail, use two enamel bows as decoration.
Use a healthy amount of hot glue to keep the pieces together.
Thread your key ring on and you have a custom made key chain!
This is SO cute! I might have to give this a go and make a few for my kids.
