How To: Cut stripes in different sizes from patterned paper. Glue them to the lower part of the layout. If you like, you can cover the entire lower half of the patterned paper you are using in the background. Cut two patterned papers and place them behind the photo, either sew on them or use glue to fix the layers. Glue the photo and pocket insert onto the patterned paper, placing everything in the middle of the layout, then start embellishing the page. Cut words with the Dear Lizzy and Amy Tangerine dies, use Gelatos to add color. Apply enamel dots, brads, and puffy stickers. If you like, add handwritten journaling.

How To: Cut two small stripes from patterned paper and adhere them on top of the background paper. You can cut another one for the bottom, or use the manufacturer´s strip instead (don't cut it off). Use dies from Dear Lizzy to cut out the word 'love', use Gelatos and water to create an ombre look (or paint the entire word). Add Gesso on top of the wood veneer, add at least three layers. Afterwards apply liquid glue on the top part of the feather (or any other wood veneer you might have chosen). Add wow glitter and let it dry. Glue the photos and pocket insert on the background, then gather embellishments like stickers, wood veneer, and badges. Create an embellishment cluster and add a few splatters. The pocket insert includes a journaling tag which leaves lots of space for handwritten notes. To hide the journaling, you can add embellishments on top of the pocket.
