So Grateful Week!

November is a great time to give thanks and share what we're grateful for. So Grateful Week it is! And I can't wait to share with you what our team has created! Supplies: Amy Tangerine STITCHED - (368958) - Felted paper, (368962) - Dobby paper, (368980) – Bits Die Cut Cardstock Shapes, (368967) – Lucky Thickers, (368969) – Everyday Thickers

How to: Cut the Felted paper into 3 strips so that the months stay intact. Accordion fold the papers. Adhere the edges together using washi tape on the back so that all months flow together from January through December. Apply adhesive to the very edges of the back side of the folded edges. Fold it all up tight. Cut a 4x12" strip of paper to use as your cover. Adhere the Felted paper with the months to the inside spine of your cover. Poke 3 holes with your paper piercer and add embroidery floss to help secure it together even more. Leave enough embroidery floss to wrap around the cover to tie closed. Add the "GRATEFUL" sentiment to top cover. I left enough on the right side so that it could fold over as a cute little flap.

How to: Drop a few droplets of black spray mist against a white cardstock background, set aside to dry. Using a punch or die cut machine cut out 18 squares out of patterned paper. Fold 9 squares in half. Apply a thin layer of glue down the backside of the folded squares, and layer them onto the unfolded squares. Use your fingers to curl up the edges of the folded squares to expose the bottom layer. Adhere layered squares to background using a sewing machine. Cut a triangle out of woodgrain paper and adhere to bottom right hand side of layout. Stitch down with a sewing machine. Adhere photo and photo overlay to top right hand side of layout. Accent with wood veneer paper clip. Spell out title "Grateful For Giggles" using Thickers and letter stickers. Journal on journaling card and adhere to bottom left hand side of layout. Trim "Giggles" die cut in half and adhere to left hand side of layout. Finish layout by embellishing with buttons and stickers.
