A great way to use up patterned paper scraps is to create that "ransom" look with hand cut letters! This week we'll be featuring this fun technique, starting with a layout by Paige Evans (Blog: Paige Evans | Instagram: @paigetaylorevans | Pinterest: @paigeevans)

How to: Hand cut letters from 6x6 paper pads to create a long title then lightly adhere the letters/words onto white cardstock. Trim the words out then stitch them onto a patterned paper background. Tuck a photo under the right edge then drop white paint over the top left and bottom right corners. Embellish the title with stickers, a paper clip, gold foil Thickers, die cuts, a wood veneer circle, and more. Journal under the title with a gray pen.
How do you handcut by hand ? Do you trace letters on paper --they look so good.
