How To:
1. Trim a piece of patterned paper measuring 2 1/2" x 12". Use scissors to cut small fringe slits along the bottom of your paper strip.
2. Use a roller adhesive to apply a layer of adhesive across the top of your patterned paper strip.
3. Place a bamboo skewer at the end of your patterned paper strip, roll the paper inward
until the full strip has been rolled. This will create one flower.
4. Use your fingers to flair out each fringe flower, so that it looks like a pom pom. Cut bamboo skewer to desired length. Repeat these
steps for each flower that you would like to make. Place fringe flowers in your favorite vase and display!
