Hello and welcome to a fun inspiration featuring egg hunt party invitations. Instead of creating cards, I thought of a more creative way to invite people to an Easter party. I made three cute paper baskets and two cones. Inside, I included little paper notes with the party details. These can be easily added to the baskets and the cones. Let’s look at the invitations:
As a special egg hunt feature, I painted white styrofoam eggs with rose gold acrylic paint from Vicki Boutin. The baskets and cones can be used later for Easter gifts.
I made the baskets from square pieces of paper (size 7”x7”). You can find instructions on the internet. Just search for something like ‘fold a basket from paper’.
Next, I cut small pieces of paper to fit inside the baskets and the cones.
In addition to the painted eggs and the invitation cards, I added fancy glitter filling from my stash to imitate grass. I think this is a more modern version of an Easter basket, which usually would carry green grass.
To make the cones, I cut a triangle from paper and rolled them to create a cone.
The party invitations are reusable. They make great Easter gifts too!
I hope you like my special egg hunt party invitations and feel inspired to create your own. Wishing you a lovely and creative day!

This is absurd. We are all in quarantine and you are posting a blog entry about inviting to an easter egg hunt. In most nations, there won´t be a family get together or Easter party this year. Please adjust your blog to the current situation. Thank you.
