Hi American Crafts fans! It’s Flóra here today. It’s time to make Easter cards! Handmade cards are more important now than ever before. When it is difficult to see our friends and family in person, the old type of communication forms can revive. Let’s share some kindness through our creations! I picked the Dear Lizzy Here & Now collection for my cards. My favorites are always the cut apart sheets like Endless Summer and Sun and Fun patterned papers. After you cut them, you get lots of amazing card bases.
For the first card, I chose a flamingo theme. I added the title with Amy Tangerine Picnic in the Park foam alpha thickers. I fussy cut a flamingo from the Snapshot Paper to adhere over the smaller ones. The Amy Tangerine Paper Bow is perfect for these cards so I placed one under the greeting. To create balance, I added more cardstock and puffy flowers.
The second card is sized 4x4. I love the tropical vibe! I found this cute banner in the Ephemera pack and completed with Amy Tangerine alpha thickers. I followed the same design like before and placed a paper bow along with a cute puffy flower.
The third card is my favorite with the bicycle. I find so useful these cut apart papers, I love the half done card idea. I added the Happy Easter greetings on the left and finished off with a paper bow and several pretty flowers.
It was super fun and fast to make this year’s Easter cards. I can’t wait to send them to my friends and family. I hope today’s post will help you to make your owns! Thanks for stopping by!
